Ex-Miss California Carrie Prejean is being sued for breach of contract by pageant organizers for, among other things, not repaying money they advanced for her breast implants prior to the Miss USA contest. Not since Dany Heatley was dealt to the Sharks has California seen this much fuss over a front-loaded contract.
