Great length Cable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a longer digital coax cable after moving equipment - this fit the bill. Great price and great length - no issues connecting and performance perfect.

Used for Turntable

Great cable for the price!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I had purchased a new Sony Blue Ray player I discovered it only had one digital audio output (besides HDMI). That single output required a digital coaxial cable, not an optical cable (which I’ve got several). So I went back to Best Buy to get the coaxial cable, and this one was all they had in stock. So I bought it. Note that I’ve got a very high end preamp and amplifiers and I must say that this cable performs extremely well. It’s a keeper!

Nothing special, but gets the job done
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I can't say there is anything special about this cable, but it definitely gets the job done that I need it for. It may not be the prettiest cable, but it is hidden behind my audio equipment so it doesn't need to be. I recommend this over higher priced cables, especially if it will be hidden. As a disclaimer, I do not know whether a "higher quality cable" would actually result in better quality.

Basic
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wish the connector was at a 90 degree angle and I wish it was black not orange. Besides that, works as intended.

Good Value
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reasonably priced digital coax cable. An RCA cable will NOT work!

Really great sounding cable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't let the thin cable size deter you. I afterwards bought a 1/2" thick cable with solid metal, gold plated ends and it did not sound anywhere as good as this thin cable with plastic ends! It now holds the spot permanently between my digital renderer and my powerDAC amplifier. Would buy another one if I needed it.

Q: QuestionCan I use this cable to connect my Blue Ray / DVD player to my surround sound home theatre system?
Asked by Carnivalman.
- A:Answer Yes, assuming your blu ray player AND surround sound system have a connection for digital co-ax. I use it for exactly this purpose.

Q: QuestionWill this work to hook up my new BOISE sound bar to my tv? I have an orange port on the back of the tv that indicates it is for an audio coaxial cable.
Asked by SueB.
- A:Answer Yes. If tv and sound bar both have an orange port, the connection with this cord should match. It's an audio cord & its the next best way to connect if u don't have an optical plug in the tv & sound bar. Optical connection is best, but some things don't have the optical plug in, so the orange audio cable hook up is next best thing.
