SAN DIEGO — Former Miss California Carrie Prejean is now Mrs. Kyle Boller, after marrying the Oakland Raiders quarterback.
The San Diego Union Tribune says the dethroned beauty queen and the 29-year-old Boller tied the knot late Friday in a private ceremony at the Grand Del Mar resort.
The 23-year-old bride sparked controversy last year by saying during the Miss USA pageant that marriage should be between a man and a woman. Prejean eventually surrendered her crown after pageant officials accused her of missing events, an allegation she denied. The Associated Press
