Es un gusto saludarles amigos desde la comunidad de Pinmapple, hoy les mostráre un pueblo llamado La Puerta en el cuál tengo recuerdos de mi niñez y adolescencia y que después de más de 6 años volví a recorrer.

Nuestro viaje a la Puerta inició desde el pueblo de Isnotú, en el camino vimos abundante vegetación y siembras mientras pasamos varios pueblos y observabamos las enormes montañas a nuestro alrededor.
Our trip to La Puerta started from the town of Isnotú, on the way we saw abundant vegetation and crops as we passed several villages and observed the huge mountains around us.

La Puerta es un pueblo que se encuentra ubicado en el Edo. Trujillo en Venezuela, cuenta con una Plaza Bolívar la cuál tiene unos hermosos árboles entre ellos destacan los pinos y una preciosa grama con un precioso color verde, cuenta con una Iglesia llamada Virgen de la Paz, tiene banquillos para sentarse a disfrutar con nuestra familia del hermoso lugar y en el centro de tiene una estatua de Simón Bolívar nuestro libertador.
La Puerta is a town located in the state of Trujillo in Venezuela, it has a Bolivar Square which has beautiful trees including pine trees and a beautiful grass with a beautiful green color, has a church called Virgen de la Paz, has benches to sit and enjoy with our family the beautiful place and in the center has a statue of Simon Bolivar our liberator.
El sitio cuenta con ventas de artesanías, bufandas, chaquetas, restaurantes y por supuesto deliciosos helados y barquillas con fresas que yo no dude en degustar uno.
The site has sales of handicrafts, scarves, jackets, restaurants and of course delicious ice cream and strawberry bars that I did not hesitate to taste one.
El clima de la zona es abundante frío templado pero por alguna razón en este viaje un sol estaba como el de mi ciudad Maracaibo resplandeciente pero con un frío y brisa tolerable. A comparación de otras veces no había tanto flujo de personas eso hizo que me sintiera en tranquilidad, paz y feliz de estar en aquél lugar.
The climate of the area is abundant cold temperate but for some reason on this trip a sun was shining like the one in my city Maracaibo but with a tolerable cold and breeze. Compared to other times there was not so much flow of people that made me feel calm, peaceful and happy to be in that place.
Por cierto, ¿Saben por qué se llama La Puerta? Porque en el pasado y hasta la actualidad se considera La puerta de entrada a los Andes Venezolanos y que conecta al estado Trujillo con el Estado Mérida por la Carretera Trasandina.
By the way, do you know why it is called La Puerta? Because in the past and to this day it is considered the gateway to the Venezuelan Andes and connects the state of Trujillo with the state of Merida through the Trans-Andean Highway.
La Puerta es uno de los sitios favoritos de los Marabinos quiénes venimos a desconectarnos, disfrutar del clima, aprovechar tiempo de calidad con la familia. Gracias por detenerte a observar un poco de la belleza de mi país del cuál amo cada rincón para terminar les dejo fotos con mi familia que me acompañaron durante el viaje.
La Puerta is one of the favorite places of Marabinos who come to disconnect, enjoy the weather, take advantage of quality time with the family.
