The legal battle between former Miss California Carrie Prejean and pageant officials has come to a sudden end.
According to the Web site TMZ.com, the settlement was prompted by the existence of a racy sex tape Prejean apparently made.
Prejean sued the pageant, arguing she had to step down because of her opposition to same-sex marriage and because of her religious beliefs.
Pageant officials countersued, demanding she repay the money she took from them to get breast implants.
